We need a designer who can design a complete website . We would prefer project wise. This will be a frequent work. Mostly we will give you the reference of ready made templates to narrow down the things. Designer will need to design similar to those but not exact copy. As we already have a small team of designers, we will give you the exact instructions on what is needed. Every template you will create will have some reference chosen by us or client.We need three completely designed layout options. After completing each option, we will review and give comments either for revising it or for next design.Almost all websites come with header banners once the layout is finalized which will highlight the key punch lines. Once the designing layout is finished, we will go ahead with converting it into a wordpress theme. It would be widgetised so that customer will be able to edit the content anytime.
