Need an outline of the state of North Carolina in an 8.5x11” 300 dpi doc for printing. Instead of filling the state with a color, I'd like the attached names 6-8 point type. The names should be PMS 542 (blue) w/ a transparent background. I've attached a file; if the first paragraph doesn't have enough names, I have a second option (second paragraph) in the file. I have the names in a Word Doc, but this program will not allow me to upload anything but a jpeg.
