I am not happy with the delivered work, what should I do?

Solution

You have three days to review the delivered work. If you are not happy and satisfied with it, reject the order by clicking on "reject delivered work". State a reason for your rejection and seller will have to redeliver the work. NEVER accept order that did not meet what was described in the gig description. You should also leave a negative rating for the seller.

If seller fails to respond the order will be automatically cancelled after 2 days.

Please note that delivered orders will be marked as "completed" if they are not rejected within 3 days after delivery.

If buyer leaves his/her feedback or rating, the order will be marked as "completed" right after the feedback or rating is submitted.
