How do I reject a delivered order?


You have the option to reject delivered services/ products that did not meet the description of the gig as stated by the seller within 3 days after delivery. To reject a delivery, go to “Buyer” tab and click “My Shopping” button.  Click “ Pending My Review” button. Select/click the order you wish to reject. Click "Reject Order" button found at the bottom and click "Reject Delivered Work" from the options. Provide the seller with your rejection reason. The seller will have to fix the problem and redeliver the work. If he/she fails to respond, the order will be canceled automatically after two days and your payment will be credited to your Gigbucks account balance.

You have three days to reject delivered work.
