I am working as full time web developer.
I will code your PSD to MailChimp Newsletter with $5 per hour.
Below is the process I follow :
a. I receive design in PSD Format
b. I create HTML/CSS [Html structure will be table based using Dreamweaver as DIV's are not supported by most of the email clients.]
c. Load it into Mailchimp
d. Optimize the code
e. Test it on Mailchimp Preview
f. Re-test it on all browsers for cross email browser compatibility.
